On The Menu – 13th December 2017

The 13th December was our very special FoodCycle Bath Christmas meal. Once again we went for an ambitious 5-course feast for our guests!

On The Table: Nuts.
Canapés: Roasted Red Pepper & Goat’s Cheese Puff Pastry Bites. Starter: Vegetable Soup (Courgette, Potato, Onion, Tomato).
Main: Christmas Dinner with all the Trimmings (Quorn Roasts with Roast Potatoes, Roast Parnsips, Vegetarian Apricot & Hazlenut Stuffing, Carrot & Swede Mash, Roasted Peppers, Coleslaw and Veggie Gravy).
Dessert: Homemade Christmas Pudding with Baked Apples, Orange Slices and Yoghurt.

Merry Christmas and a big thank you to all of our volunteers, guests and donators of surplus food (Morrisons London Road, M&S Weston Lock, Sainsbury’s Green Park, Sainsbury’s Odd Down and The Fine Cheese Co.)!
