It was National Fitness Day on the 27th September so we ensured our menu had a podium finish!

Starter: Bronze Mushroom (Stuffed Mushrooms with Lettuce Pesto, Salad and Brussels Sprouts).
Main: Silver Lasagne (Vegetable Lasagne with Garlic Bread and Salad).
Dessert: Golden Apple Cake (Apple Cake with Fruit Salad).

Main: James and the Giant Potato (Baked Potato with Lentil Dahl, Stew and Hummus).
Dessert: Big Friendly Crumble (BFG) (Apple Crumble with Custard).

We gave our meal an eclipse theme to reflect the total solar eclipse that happened in the USA on the 21st August!

Starter: Andromacado (Avocado on Toast with Boiled Egg and Salsa).
Main: Stir-Flying Saucers (Vegetable Stir Fry with Potato Wedges, Noodles and Roasted Pattypan Squash).
Dessert: Planettone Pudding & Solar Sauce (Panettone Bread and Butter Pudding with Stewed Fruit).
