FoodCycle Bristol invite top Chef to take Waste Food Challenge

Tomorrow top chef Arthur-Potts Dawson will cook up a three course meal for students at Bristol University – entirely from edible food surplus of course! Other restaurants taking part at previous events include Zazu’s and Jamie’s Italian. All part of the FoodCycle run ‘Chefs Against Food Waste Campaign’.
