We did things a little differently this week by combining starter and main into one buffet course where our guests could help themselves. It was quite the feast!
Main: Summer Salad Selection (Cous Cous Salad, Potato Salad, Leaf Salad, Jambalaya Green Veg, Frittata, Garlic Bread, Potato Wedges, Orzo Salad, Salsa, Guacamole).
Dessert: Shortbread with Fruit Salad.
